Orders can be cancelled by opening a dispute from the order page. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours.
Payment is released to your balance once the buyer approves the delivery. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
Every gig includes at least one free revision. If the seller doesn't deliver, open a dispute and our trust & safety team will review.
Use the "Open dispute" button on the order page, or contact us here with the order ID.
